How to Get Started

1. Collect your Vendor Paperwork from Valley Oaks

You’ll need to swing by to have some paperwork filled out. If you have mobility issues, or face struggles with transportation we’ll send a teacher to you to fill out your paperwork for you.

2. Return your Vendor Paperwork

After we receive your authorization, we’ll get you registered.

3. We Send You a Booking Code

Once everything is processed, we’ll send you a scheduling code.

Your scheduling code contains the lesson credit from your charter certificate. You’ll use it to book lessons through our online calendar, where you can view teacher availability, schedule new lessons, and reschedule or cancel existing ones.

Booking Your Unlimited Group Lessons.

Your code provides you the ability to register for as many classes as you like for no limit, and is valid for the entire month. Lessons are TRULY UNLIMITED. It’s important that you register for classes you intend to visit, as it makes sure that we have enough materials for all students.

In general, booking works like this:

Go to the Class Calendar by clicking here, or by selecting “Use a Class Pass” from the menu.
Select your Class of choice
Enter your information
At checkout, enter your scheduling code under Package, Gift, or Coupon Code

If you can’t attend, make sure to let us know if you can’t make it to class.
